In 2022, Pameo collaborated with Amnesty Indonesia, a global human rights NGO, on a UX research website project. The goal was to enhance the website’s framework and structure to make it more user-friendly and meet the needs of Amnesty’s various teams.
This project aimed to generate UX research data to help Amnesty Indonesia understand the website’s limitations and update it for better usability. The target audience includes Gen Z, millennials, and activists.
Pameo conducted direct user research to gather insights on their experience with the old website. This feedback helped Amnesty Indonesia identify specific areas for improvement.
